    You forgot to mention to remove the bloom then coat the eggs with mineral oil to seal the eggs, so no bacteria can get in for several months depending on how you store them.
    If you refrigerate then at normal temps or close to it, they will last for around 6–12 months, if you know how to inspect them correctly around 12 months. You can also use vinegar to seal the eggs.By the time eggs get on the supermarket shelves, they are about 6–8 months old already, and mineral oil washing is normally what’s used to preserve them.
    Water glassing with lime is another method for long term storage.
