At that point the majority of cellular service is terminated. The return of functioning cell service will be based on Government and FEMA priory restoration schedules (Wash DC, big cities,) along with reliable grid power restoration (years?).
Clean water will be the first necessity to bite the dust. Most folks will perish within 3 days due from thirst and dehydration. The body simply shuts down. Yep, bad times are ahead. few will make it.
